Kappa League
Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. is dedicated to serving the needs of our community. We pride ourselves on engaging in meaningful projects that benefit from our direct involvement and have a positive impact on the community. We willingly sacrifice our time and energy to support the welfare of the community.
The Dulles-Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter Kappa League is part of a national initiative for high school-aged boys. All activities are based on academic achievement, social responsibility, healthy choices and community service. The group is sponsored by the Dulles-Leesburg Alumni Chapter (DLAC) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.

Kappa League History
Kappa League was founded on Thursday, February 12, 1969, by the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., at Alain LeRoy Locke High School.
Kappa League was adopted by the Grand Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. at the 56th Grand Chapter which was held August 12-15, 1970. The founders of the Kappa Instructional Leadership League were Mel L. Davis an Elder Watson Diggs Awardee and Edgar H. Bishop.
