The Dulles Leesburg (VA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi partners with NOBLE, the Loudoun County Sherriff’s Office and the Commonwealth's Attorney to facilitate an Interactive Presentation to Develop, Strengthen, and

Revitalize Community and Law Enforcement Relation. This is a nationally recognized hands-on interactive training program for young people ages 13-18.

Has three pillars:

• Citizenship
• Law Literacy
• Law Enforcement Engagement

The program is designed to improve their communications with law enforcement officers and their understanding of their federal, state and local laws.
